Zero payment upfront. We confirm expert availability first. ₹500 advance only at final booking confirmation.

1. DealerProof Course - Payment Policy

The DealerProof Course is priced at ₹499 - a one-time payment with lifetime access.

All course sales are final. We do not offer refunds on this product.

Why no refunds? At ₹499, the payment gateway and banking fees alone consume a significant portion of the transaction amount. A refund process would cost more to process than the amount returned - making it economically unviable for both parties. We have kept the price intentionally low so the decision to buy is easy and the risk is minimal.

Before purchasing, we encourage you to:

  • Review the complete course contents on the course page
  • Read the buyer experiences and outcomes shared on the same page
  • Message us on WhatsApp with any questions - we respond within 5 minutes

If you experience a technical failure in receiving or accessing the course content after payment, contact us at support@pdicars.com and we will resolve it immediately.

2. Expert Inspection Service - Payment Policy

We do not take any advance payment when you first contact us for an expert inspection booking.

How it works: You share your dealer location, car model, and delivery date. We check expert availability in your city. Only after we confirm that an expert is available and ready - we ask for a ₹500 advance to finalise the booking.

Step-by-step booking process

  • Step 1 - You contact us with your city, dealer address, car model, and preferred inspection date
  • Step 2 - We confirm availability - we check if a certified expert is available at your location on that date
  • Step 3 - Final confirmation - once we confirm availability, we request ₹500 as a booking advance to lock the expert
  • Step 4 - Inspection day - the expert meets you at the showroom, conducts the inspection, and delivers a same-day report
  • Step 5 - Balance payment - remaining service fee is paid directly to the expert after inspection is complete

Advance refund - expert service only

The ₹500 advance is refundable in one specific situation:

  • Dealer refuses expert entry on inspection day - full ₹500 refund, processed within 24 hours

In all other cases - cancellation by the buyer, rescheduling beyond 48 hours, or no-show - the advance is non-refundable as it covers the expert's reserved time.
