Please read these terms before using PDICars. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

The short version: Use our platform honestly. Our free tool and course are for personal car buying use only. We are not liable for outcomes of your car purchase - we provide information and guidance, not guarantees.

1. About PDICars

PDICars ("PDICars", "we", "us") provides a free car pre-delivery inspection tool, an expert booking service, and an educational course at pdicars.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use our paid services. Our free PDI tool is available to anyone with internet access.

3. Free PDI Tool

Our free checklist tool is provided for personal use only. You may not:

  • Reproduce or redistribute our checklists for commercial purposes
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract checklist content
  • Present PDICars content as your own

The tool is provided "as is." We aim to keep checklists accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every item applies to every car variant.

4. Expert Inspection Service

When you book a PDI expert through PDICars:

  • We match you with an available certified inspector in your city
  • The expert conducts the inspection on your behalf and delivers a report
  • PDICars coordinates the booking but the inspection is conducted by an independent professional
  • Appointment times are subject to inspector availability and dealer cooperation
  • Some dealers do not permit third party inspectors - see our Refund Policy if this occurs

5. Course and Digital Products

Upon purchase of the DealerProof Course or any digital product:

  • You receive a non-transferable, personal licence to use the content
  • You may not share, resell, or redistribute course materials
  • Access is provided via Google Drive link or direct download
  • Lifetime access means access for as long as PDICars operates

6. Limitation of Liability

PDICars provides information and tools to help car buyers make informed decisions. We are not liable for:

  • The outcome of your car purchase or negotiation
  • Decisions made by dealers or manufacturers
  • Any defects discovered after the gate pass is signed
  • Expert inspector findings or any omissions in an inspection report

Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

Some product links on PDICars are affiliate links. This means we may earn a small commission if you purchase through them - at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we genuinely believe are useful to car buyers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on PDICars - including checklists, course materials, tool design, and written content - is the intellectual property of PDICars. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from use of PDICars shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
